2008 Crescent City Classic


This four minute film shows the great time had by all at the 4 mile post. The party sponsored by Swirl Wines included a DJ and lots of wonderful product from Swirl Wines which was all gone in short order.

2007 Esplanade Holiday Fest


Lead by Al Martinez of Asian Pacific and supported by most of the businesses in the Faubourg St. John Neighborhood, for the second year in a row the Esplanade Holiday Fest proved to be the place to have fun during the holidays.

Alcee Fortier Park


Bobby Wozniak is a regular at Fortier Park. He's been designing and planting gardens there for over 20 years. Located on Esplanade Avenue at Mystery Street, this park is easy to miss. But, once inside, you will immediately feel the tranquility and marvel at the variety of foliage there.
Bobby Wozniak has worked on Fortier Park for decades.

Monique Pilie of hikeforkatreena.com supplied 12 trees to Desmare Playground in April, 2007. With the help of the Faubourg St. John Neighborhood Association the trees were planted quickly. The basketball goals and fence were painted by Charles London
